I hadn't had onion rings for about a year before trying this recipe. One day I woke up and was tired of being deprived of one of my favourite foods so I decided to just make them myself. The results were not disappointing.
I was really itching for a wrap one day but being GF that either means 1. I'm not getting one or 2. I have to pay $95 for gluten free wraps. So I decided to make some spring rolls with naturally gluten free rice paper!
Definitely one of the best improv dishes I've ever made. And of course, it's vegan, gluten free and absolutely amazing. I usually make curry sauce on it's own but I was bored one day, ended up throwing in some extra ingredients and made m a g i c.
