3 Ingredient Pancakes

3 ingredient pancakes

I remember buying some gluten free pancake mix, it cost $3,000 and only made 1/2 a pancake. Not worth it.

I don't know how much these cost per serving but I know it's A LOT LESS than what I was paying for that pancake mix.



What I used:

  • 1/2 cup of Gluten Free Oatmeal

  • Banana

  • Plant Milk

*topped with: maple syrup & fruit

What  I did:

  1. Put GF oats, banana and plant milk in a blender
    *I don't ever measure the plant milk, I just pour it in until my mind whispers, "stop." but of course you're aiming for a pancake consistency, so don't pour too much in and if you pour in too little you can always add in more later.

  2. Heat oil in a frying pan then pour in your pancake batter

  3. Once you see bubbles starting to form, flip the pancake

  4. Cook until golden brown

What you can do differently:

  • Add cinnamon into the pancake batter to feel fancy

  • Add blueberries or chocolate chips into the batter to make...blueberry...or... chocolate chip... pancakes.
